The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Outreach, Transition and Economic Development (OTED) invites Service members, Veterans, and their family members to the virtual Baltimore EDI presentations and workshops that focus on overall wellness including sessions on wealth building, suicide prevention, explanation of your benefits and services to which you are entitled, and more.
Presentations on Key Topics – Workshops and presentations to help you with your individual needs at any given time in your life cycle of returning to civilian life.
Tools for the Transition – Learn how VA benefits and resources will make your transition from military to civilian life easier for you and your loved ones.
Specific Strategies – Learn about the available benefits as well as new financial practices and strategies that optimize long-term success.

| 1:00pm-1:50pm | Emergency Broadband Benefit Program | The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is currently taking applications for their Emergency Broadband Benefit Program which can provide eligible families a $50 monthly coronavirus pandemic discount on their monthly internet bill. More than 800 internet providers are participating in the program, including AT&T, Comcast, T-Mobile and Verizon. |
