The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), through the Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA) Outreach, Transition and Economic Development (OTED) office, hosted the second Economic Development Initiative (EDI): San Juan, Puerto Rico; from Thursday, November 7th thru Saturday, November 10th 2019 with the support of the Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA) San Juan Regional Office (RO), U.S. Army Garrison Command, Fort Buchanan, and the U.S. San Juan Coast Guard Installation. The three-day was hosted at several locations.
- Day one, VBA, San Juan RO
- Day two, Fort Buchanan Army Installation
- Day three was held at the Coast Guard Installation in Old San Juan.
